eDiscovery Project Manager

As a Project Manager at the company, your role involves high-level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks. You will report to the PM Project Director team and concurrently manage multiple projects of varying complexity. Collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team is essential to ensure successful completion of e-discovery matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring, training, and delegating tasks to members of the project team. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Management of Projects:** - Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple discovery matters and serve as the primary client point of contact. - Offer expertise and consultative advice on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables. - Create and maintain project schedules, reporting, and define quality standards on all project deliverables. - Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information. - Forecast, track, and manage project budgets and generate reporting metrics and KPIs on a regular basis. - Develop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service. - **Support of Team and Colleagues:** - Be knowledgeable about all Consilio's service offerings and participate in business development activities with clients. - Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure successful relationships with clients and the Project Management team. **Qualifications:** - BA/BS degree or minimum 3 years in the litigation support/legal industry. - 3 years experience using the Relativity platform. - Willingness to travel. - Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects within budget and schedule constraints. - Ability to manage client expectations, maintain client satisfaction, and solve problems proactively. - Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage project teams effectively.
