The Project Manager role is responsible for the high-level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks, reporting to the PM Project Director team. You will be involved in concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexity, collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. It is essential to mentor, train, and delegate to members of the project team. You will provide end-to-end oversight of multiple discovery matters and serve as the primary client point of contact. Your expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables are crucial. Additionally, you will create and maintain project schedules and reporting, define activities, sequence of events, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements. Developing and managing relationships with internal teams, defining, articulating, implementing, and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables are also part of your responsibilities. As a Project Manager, you will plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensure effective exchange of project information and deliverables, serve as an expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offerings, forecast, track and manage project budgets, successfully oversee multiple concurrent projects, and generate and distribute reporting metrics and other identified KPIs on a regular basis as needed for each project. Moreover, you will develop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service, and mentor and guide junior members of a portfolio team to ensure a successful relationship with both the client and the Project Management team. Qualifications required for this role include a BA/BS degree or a minimum of 3 years in the litigation support/legal industry, 3 years of experience using the Relativity platform, willingness to travel, demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints, coordinating project work and resources with global resources, managing client expectations and maintaining client satisfaction, proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate client needs, effective handling of unexpected problems, strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage project teams, including supporting project managers.
