EDI Functional Consultant

Location : Hyderabad / Vizag Shift Timings : 2 PM 11 PM or 6 PM 3 AM Mode of Work : Work from Office Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented EDI Functional Consultant with strong expertise in EDI processes within the Retail and Manufacturing domains. This role demands both functional and technical proficiency to support end-to-end EDI integrations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and support EDI workflows and processes across Retail and Manufacturing environments. Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement and maintain EDI integrations. Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and communication issues. Develop and maintain EDI maps (X12, EDIFACT, or custom formats). Utilize Lexicom and communication protocols such as VAN, AS2, and SFTP for secure data exchange. Write and debug SQL scripts and queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases. Act as a subject matter expert for EDI standards, guidelines, and best practices. Provide functional and technical support to internal teams and external partners. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong functional understanding of EDI processes in Retail and Manufacturing sectors. Hands-on experience with Lexicom and EDI communication protocols (VAN, AS2, SFTP). Proficiency in SQL scripting and database troubleshooting (Oracle & SQL Server). Experience with EDI mapping and handling various standards (X12, EDIFACT). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
