Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, love interacting with people, and want to be part of the fast-growing education sector, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with verified leads only – no cold calling required.
• Understand student and parent requirements and pitch our one-to-one tuition services effectively.
• Conduct consultations and follow-ups to close enrollments.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ed-Tech Company (preferably Ed-Tech or related industry).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.

Working Details:

• Work Days: 6 days a week (rotational week off)
• Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Location: Mohali (On-site)
