As we expand our services domestically in India, we're seeking a dynamic professional to lead our academic sales initiatives. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Ed-Tech Sales Academic Head to spearhead our domestic expansion by establishing partnerships with schools across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational sales, exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to establish partnerships with schools and educational institutions across India. Engage with school principals and administrators to present our online tutoring solutions and negotiate collaboration agreements. Understand the unique needs of each institution and tailor our offerings to meet those requirements. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve organizational goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting domestic schools. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and partnership developments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in educational sales or business development, preferably within the Ed-Tech sector. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with school administrators and other stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel as required.
