Role: Sales Calling Executive – International Leads (USA, Canada & Australia) Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with potential leads from the USA, Canada, and Australia. Explain our tutoring services clearly and professionally to prospective clients. Maintain strong communication and build rapport with parents/students. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume and conversions. Update CRM with call details and feedback. Work closely with the sales and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or customer calling (preferably international). Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Comfortable working in flexible shifts to match international time zones. Basic understanding of the Ed-Tech industry is a plus. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
