Job Description

As an Account Executive within the Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) Business Unit, your role will involve handling smaller size opportunities within various industry verticals. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales Reps to expand Salesforce's presence within subsidiaries and new divisions of Enterprise Parent accounts. Your main focus will be on generating new revenue through acquiring new business and fostering strong relationships within each install base. The key emphasis of this role is on collaboration and support to drive success in enterprise sales. Key Responsibilities: - Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS assigned accounts within specific major account/customers or vertical markets. - Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing business, with a primary focus on new business sales and expanding existing accounts. - Enhance industry knowledge, formulate a go-to-market strategy, and identify qualified target accounts. - Develop pipeline through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging market sector knowledge. - Establish and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure exceeding goals within designated market sector(s). - Engage with prospect organizations to showcase Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data. - Manage the end-to-end sales process by involving appropriate resources like Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Leadership Executives, and Partners. - Drive short-term results while keeping a long-term perspective to enhance overall revenue generation. - Update the Salesforce system daily with accurate customer and pipeline data. - Provide precise monthly forecasting and ensure revenue delivery. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in selling enterprise software solutions from a major software vendor. - Demonstrated track record of net direct new business sales with consistent achievement against targets. - Ability to establish credibility at all levels, including CxO. - Proficiency in the English language. - Experience in CRM application sales or vertical Industry sector is advantageous. - Strong tenure with previous employers. - Degree or equivalent relevant experience is necessary. Experience will be assessed based on core proficiencies or roles (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).,
