Profile: Team Lead or Sr Ecommerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• You will kickstart the vertical and gradually you will recruit your own team and lead them
• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and similar platforms. Drive organic visibility through SEO-optimized listings, A+ content, and keyword planning.
• Experience of running and optimizing paid media campaigns on Amazon Ads/Flipkart Ads platforms at a scale of spends
• Monitor and manage customer reviews and complaints related to product concerns and assortment
• Maintain monthly and quarterly growth numbers across portals.
• Manage individual and bulk listings, update product data/ specifications/ images/ pricing/ discount etc.
• Reports generation, sales analysis and replenishment of inventory to avoid out of stock of critical sku's.
• Monitoring promotional activities across all marketplaces.
• Work will involve extensive use of spreadsheets, email correspondence and work with online control panels
• Analyzing ageing stock and try to liquidate on online platforms
• Monitoring the price of competitors
• Coordinate and manage marketplace integrations with tools like Unicommerce, Vinculum, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
• Ensure smooth catalog, inventory, and order sync between platforms. Analyze performance metrics and share weekly/monthly insights and suggestions.
• Liaise with internal teams for creatives, inventory, and pricing updates. Stay updated on platform policy changes and best practices for organic performance.
• Handle marketplace promotions, coupons, and deals management.
• Analyze and report on returns to optimize strategies.
• Manage the entire inventory records, and order fulfilment process with detail and accuracy
• Coordinate with brands and account/category managers and prepare regular MIS

Qualification Criteria

• Minimum 3-5 year's merchandising and category management experience for organic campaign execution
• Plus if you have already have experience of building a startup
• Strong knowledge of product listing SEO and keywords tool Must have Background and knowledge of the Ecommerce and online Marketplace
• Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail and accuracy, and be a demonstrably creative thinker.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge in managing quick-commerce platforms like Zepto and Blinkit is a Plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• It's a plus if you have a track record of owning P&L, leading vendor negotiations, and executing category/merchandising strategies
• Ability to deliver structured, actionable feedback on ecommerce strategies and operational execution
