The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the online sales and e-commerce platforms. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring website performance, managing product listings, and optimizing the user experience to increase sales. The specialist will also handle customer service inquiries related to online orders, coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
