Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Head

Role Overview: As the Head of e-commerce at Praakritik, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company's revenue in the e-commerce sector while strengthening the brand presence. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of the revenue and profitability of the business, ensuring budget adherence and sustainable growth. You will leverage analytics to measure the effectiveness of revenue-driving activities, ensuring continuous optimization of sales strategies and marketing efforts. Additionally, you will work closely with the CEO and executive team to refine and implement business strategy, providing insight and data that influences key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the revenue and profitability of the e-commerce business, ensuring adherence to budgets and driving sustainable growth. - Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of revenue-driving activities and continuously optimize sales strategies and marketing efforts. - Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to refine and implement business strategy, providing valuable insight that impacts key business decisions. Qualifications Required: - Passion for Quality, understanding the needs of the customer, and accordingly building revenue, product, and market strategy. - Ability to think outside of the box and bring strategies to grow market share and profitability in the growing organic food industry. - Experience in middle to upper management roles in FMCG companies, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience (Food & Organic Food preferred).
