Role Description

This is an internship opportunity for a Production Manager, operating in a hybrid model based in Mumbai, with some tasks eligible for remote work. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and timely production processes. Responsibilities include managing supply chain logistics, coordinating with farmers and vendors, maintaining quality standards, handling inventory, and ensuring compliance with organic certification standards. The intern will also support in optimizing workflows and enhancing productivity.

Qualifications

• Project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Familiarity with quality assurance and compliance, especially related to organic certifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and team members
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to optimize operations and resolve challenges
• Proficiency with relevant tools or software for production and inventory management
• Passion for sustainable and organic products, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Educational background in operations, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
