Your Opportunity

As an eCommerce Optimization Specialist on BeGig, you’ll work on freelance projects focused on improving online store performance, conversion rates, and customer experience. You’ll collaborate with brands and founders to optimize their eCommerce platforms for growth—without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze eCommerce performance metrics and user behavior
• Optimize

  conversion rates (CRO)

  across product, cart, and checkout flows
• Improve site speed, mobile performance, and overall UX
• Implement A/B tests and data-driven experiments
• Optimize product pages, pricing, funnels, and merchandising strategies
• Integrate analytics, tracking, and optimization tools
• Recommend and implement growth-focused improvements
• Deliver measurable, production-ready optimization outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in

  eCommerce optimization or CRO

• Experience with platforms such as

  Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce

• Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Optimizely, etc.)
• Solid understanding of UX, funnels, and customer behavior
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements
• A self-driven freelancer who can independently own and deliver work
