Key Responsibilities: - Website and platform management: - Maintain and optimize the company's e-commerce platform(s) and online storefronts. - Ensure the website is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and functional. - Digital marketing and strategy: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost traffic and drive sales. - Execute and track the performance of campaigns, including email marketing. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends. - Product content and listings: - Create, edit, and organize content for product listings. - Set standards for new product listings and ensure accuracy and up-to-date information. - Inventory and order management: - Manage inventory records and coordinate with other teams to maintain accurate stock levels. - Process online orders and oversee order fulfillment processes. - Analytics and reporting: - Analyze web traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify insights and trends. - Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). - Customer service: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other channels. - Troubleshoot issues, handle returns, and ensure a positive customer experience. - Cross-functional collaboration: - Work collaboratively with design, IT, marketing, and other teams to enhance the online customer experience.
