This is a growth role with Amazon Marketing Services as the main lever in focus. This role is a combination of strategy and execution, and your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing our Amazon Account ads and other channels ads.

• Hands-on campaign management and execution. Monitor daily and weekly trends, ACOS, TACOS, and spend.

• Manage the end-to-end process of digital advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, from strategic planning and budget allocation to campaign execution, optimization and performance analysis to maximize ROI

• Closely track organic rank and product wise share of voice. Correlate, predict and track organic rank & revenue upliftment in sync with PPC marketing.

• Collaborate with the overall growth team to share insights, develop tests, ensure PPC is aligned with topline and bottom-line goals, brainstorm ideas for growth, etc.

• Drive new ideas and processes to improve the performance of campaigns across Ecommerce, including account structure, bidding, ad copy, and keyword development

• Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trending tools within the Amazon and online shopping space

• Analyse ASIN-wise performance in terms of sales, CTR, CVR, page views etc. Gather actionable insights and help perform root cause analysis for any fluctuations in revenue and overall marketing performance

• Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts

• Daily Monitoring and optimizing of Campaigns, Reporting & Analytics.

• Weekly/Monthly internal review & reporting.

• Experience in Beauty and Personal Care industry and Amazon Marketing Service/Flipkart Ads certification will be a Plus.
