Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee daily
inbound and outbound shipments
for e-commerce orders.
Coordinate with
courier partners, 3PL vendors, and warehouse teams
to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
Maintain and process
GRN (Goods Receipt Notes)
for all inward materials and returns.
Track
shipment movement, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and RTO (Return to Origin)
.
Handle
inventory reconciliation
, stock variance analysis, and reporting.
Manage
return orders, damage claims, and quality checks
.
Collaborate with the operations and procurement teams for
order allocation, dispatch planning, and logistics cost optimization
.
Ensure
accurate documentation
, including invoices, e-way bills, and vendor billing.
Work on
logistics dashboards and MIS reports
(daily, weekly, monthly).
Support audits, stock verification, and process improvement initiatives.
