Ecommerce Executive

As a responsible individual, you will be in charge of ensuring the brand's visibility and presence on various Marketplaces by managing PDP images, content, and overall business operations for the eCommerce channel. Your role will include overseeing key business metrics such as profitability, UPT, conversion rates, and various operational aspects like logistics, returns, and cancellations. Collaborating with retail merchandising teams, you will identify product gaps based on sales events and customer preferences to drive business growth. Conducting market studies to analyze competitor pricing and promotional strategies will be essential in developing internal intervention plans. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing marketplace operations, conducting root cause analysis on returns, optimizing order-to-ship processes, and overseeing fulfilment center and logistics budgets. Defining key performance indicators and implementing quality check processes to meet consumer expectations will also be part of your responsibilities. Building strong relationships with eCommerce partners and internal teams, having a sound understanding of the digital ecosystem, and demonstrating strategic thinking are key attributes expected in this role. Additionally, possessing knowledge of eCommerce operations, merchandising, and analytical skills will be beneficial. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce, particularly in the fashion sector, you should be well-versed in eCommerce promotion planning, implementation practices, and performance marketing. Proficiency in MS Office tools, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other relevant software is essential.
