Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Klaviyo to manage and scale our ecommerce email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and passionate about driving conversions through segmented campaigns, automated flows, and personalized customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo
• Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with design and ecommerce teams to create compelling email content (copy + visuals)
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, creatives, CTAs, and send times
• Monitor campaign metrics and deliver performance reports based on KPIs (Open rate, CTR, CVR, Revenue)
• Maintain email list hygiene and implement deliverability best practices
• Stay updated on ecommerce email trends and Klaviyo feature updates
• Assist with cross-channel optimization (SMS campaigns if applicable)

Skills & Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce customer lifecycle & retention strategies
• Experience in Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento integrations
• Proficiency in data analytics and segmentation
• Strong copywriting, design understanding, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
