Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Magneto IT Solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing website traffic, user behavior data, and conversion funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Proficiency in using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimize. - Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices. - Experience conducting A/B and multivariate tests. - Knowledge of user psychology and behavior, and ability to apply these principles to optimize website performance. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve conversion rates. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
