Job Description

As an experienced Digital Marketing professional at Magneto IT Solutions, your role will involve the following responsibilities: You will be responsible for analyzing website traffic, user behavior data, and conversion funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement. Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and pain points. Identifying bottlenecks and barriers to conversion and developing strategies to improve user experience, website performance, and conversion rates. You will also be optimizing landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), forms, and other key elements, as well as conducting A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes. Managing and optimizing key conversion points in the marketing funnel and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of optimization efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRO, and utilizing various CRO tools. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze website traffic, user behavior data, and conversion funnel metrics - Conduct qualitative and quantitative research - Identify bottlenecks and barriers to conversion - Develop and implement strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates - Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and other key elements - Conduct A/B tests to measure impact of changes - Manage and optimize key conversion points - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Communicate findings and recommendations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends - Utilize various CRO tools - Track key performance metrics - Analyze data and provide actionable insights Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimize) - Understanding of CRO principles and best practices - Experience in A/B and multivariate tests - Knowledge of user psychology and behavior - Problem-solving skills and creativity - Attention to detail and task prioritization - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Familiarity with UX/UI design principles,
