Responsibilities Responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce solution and for recommending best practices based on business needs. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that optimize the Salesforce platform within the framework of the organization's enterprise architecture and information security policies. About You Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborative engagement with stakeholders in requirement gathering and refinement. 6+ years of relevant work experience in the Business Systems or Operations environment, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Community clouds.
