• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all academic and operational aspects of the

Early Years Programme

• Implement and monitor the IB Early Years Programme (EYP) framework, aligned with international best practices and inquiry-based learning.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the early years teaching team to ensure excellence in
• teaching and learning outcomes.
• Foster a culturally responsive environment, recognizing and respecting the diverse
• backgrounds of the student body. Ensure compliance with international and local educational standards, child safety policies, and school protocols.
• Collaborate with the PYP Coordinator, curriculum leaders, and school leadership to align goals across the continuum.
• Maintain strong engagement with parents through regular communication, workshops, and community events.
• Drive school improvement initiatives through research, innovation, and reflective practices in Early Years education.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree with Certifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is mandatory

Experience:

• Min 5+ years of experience in leadership roles in Early Years or Preschool settings.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing an international curriculum in IB PYP (Early Years) and/or Cambridge IGCSE environments.
• Experience in international schools and multicultural classrooms.
• Preferred experience working overseas or with international communities.
• Foreign Nationals with leadership experience in top-tier international schools are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of the developmental milestones of young children and how to create an environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
