Join Tiggie Kids and help shape the future of accessible early intervention (EI). The specialist will provide tele-consultation services to families, supporting children’s developmental growth and access to early intervention strategies. Daily responsibilities include delivering professional guidance based on evidence-based practices and applying expertise in child development. Role Description

You will be responsible for providing empathetic, evidence-based virtual support to families, acting as a direct parent-coach and providing interim support while parents are waiting for specialised services:

  • Deliver Virtual Interventions: Conduct high-quality tele-consultation sessions for children (0-6 years) with diverse developmental needs (e.g., ASD, DCD, language delays), with a focus on functional performance and developmental milestones.
  • Implement Tiggie App and its Activiities: leverage on Tiggie's vast library of learning videos, AI tools to seamlessly embed intervention activities into the child’s natural home routines.
  • Caregiver Empowerment: Coach parents and caregivers to successfully implement therapy activities, adaptive strategies, and environment modifications tailored to their family's capacity and cultural context.
  • Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain detailed, timely documentation of sessions, monitor child progress rigorously, and provide data-driven feedback to adjust interventions effectively. This documentation process will be assisted with automatic AI summary.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in managing and providing Early Intervention strategies
  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, with a focus on children development
  • Professional Registration for therapists : Registered Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist with a recognized professional body (e.g., AHPC Singapore, AHPRA Australia, HCPC UK, NBCOT USA, or other relevant bodies). (note: Not applicable for Special Needs Educator)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience, preferably in early intervention, SPED schools, or community-based therapy and working with families
  • Understanding of neurodiversity and associated conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with health-tech tools or AI-based educational approaches is a plus
  • Passion for social impact, innovation, and improving global access to quality early intervention services.


Requirement:

  • Stable Internet Connection: Reliable high-speed internet suitable for telehealth sessions, video conferencing, and real-time caregiver coaching without interruptions.


Part-time arrangement:

Each specialist hired are required to commit a minimum 12 hours of tele-consultation per month. Additional hours above the contracted hours will be paid per hourly basis.
