Job Description

1. Curriculum Delivery – Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based activities aligned with the international curriculum. 2. Classroom Management – Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment that encourages positive behavior. 3. Child Assessment – Observe and document children’s developmental progress and address learning needs. 4. Parent Communication – Maintain regular, transparent communication with parents to support each child’s growth. 5. Team Collaboration – Coordinate effectively with co-teachers and participate in planning and school activities. 6. Child Safety & Well-being – Ensure children’s safety, emotional comfort, and overall well-being at all times. 7. Professional Development – Engage in continuous learning and training to enhance teaching effectiveness. 8. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and child development reports. 9. Innovation in Teaching – Use creative methods like music, drama, and sensory play to enrich learning experiences.
