Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for an Executive Assistant to the Medical Director. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support to the Medical Director. Tasks include managing communications, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
