Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and offering executive support. Daily tasks will include organizing meetings, handling communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Managing Director's office.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Experience in providing Executive Support and managing Diary Management
Strong Communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and proactively in an on-site setting
Previous experience in assisting top-level executives is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
