As an EA for Sankalp at The Sankalp Group in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the planner of CMD and organizing commitments. - Following up on tasks delegated and maintaining the information flow of their status. - Conducting research on topics as assigned. - Providing administrative and secretarial support for meetings or events. - Assisting with general administration tasks. - Liaising with internal team members and external stakeholders for reports, papers, and correspondence. - Handling filing, preparation, collation, and distribution of supportive documentation, notes, and correspondence. - Screening telephone calls, letters, and emails. - Providing advice on matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation. - Dealing with matters requiring attention or referring them to the appropriate person in the absence of CMD. - Responding, in consultation, to correspondence addressed to CMD.
