EA ERP Finance and PPM-Fusion Finance - Senior

As an experienced professional in Oracle ERP Financials, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of EY. With 6-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Fusion Financials, and having worked on at least 3 full life cycle implementations, you will bring valuable insights to the team. Your experience in Project accounting, supply chain modules, and client-facing roles will be beneficial for the organization. Additionally, your expertise in handling integrations, data conversion activities, solution design, and drafting functional specs will be highly appreciated. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document requirements using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies - Conduct CRP sessions and participate in design reviews and discussions - Interpret functional requirements and design solutions from offshore - Design module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion framework - Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap, Training, and Testing sessions - Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs - Prepare quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases - Conduct trainings and support the Project Management Office (PMO) Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents - Knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology - Customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team members - Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge quickly - Team player with the capability to follow release management processes - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines - Valid passport required for client site work / Business Traveling involved You will hold a CA/CWA/MBA-Finance degree to be eligible for this role.
