E5 Sr. Manager / E4- Manager ( Finance & Accounts )

The candidate should possess experience in various fields of Finance and accounts and demonstrate strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems, and possess good organizational and communication skills. Candidates with working knowledge in SAP will be given weightage subject to their fulfilling other essential criteria.

Experience:Minimum of 10 years (for E4- Manager) and 14 years (for E5 - Sr. Manager) of post-qualification experience in reputed Organizations/Groups.

The candidate should have experience in the following areas :

• Manage finalization of quarterly and annual closing of accounts in a timely manner
• Coordinate audits (internal, statutory ,cost audit and tax) and ensure timely resolution of audit queries
• Overseeday-to-day financial and accounting operations ,including accounts receivable and accounts payable and monitoring the same with the team concerned
• Basic treasury operations like monitoring of cash flow and ensuring adequate working capital for day to day activities and monitoring the fund based and non fund based limits with the bankers
• Vetting of various purchase and service proposals from the indenting departments before placement of orders
• Ensure timely statutory compliances including filing of direct and indirect tax returns and timely reconciliation of the same
• Fixed assets, Capitalization and depreciation
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning initiatives and preparation of various MIS and presentations for management decisions.

Oil and Gas Sector/ Hydrocarbon industry, Oil Marketing Companies/ Refineries/

The applicant can be taken in immediate lower pay grade or equivalent grade.
