Job Description: We are looking for a creative E-Learning Designer to develop engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and other e-learning tools. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive e-learning courses. Work with SMEs and instructional designers to create engaging content. Develop SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses for LMS integration. Create multimedia assets (graphics, animations, videos) using Adobe Creative Suite. Implement gamification, microlearning, and interactive elements. Conduct usability testing and improve content based on feedback. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in e-learning development. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia. Strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and LMS integration. Experience in UI/UX for learning and multimedia content creation. Excellent communication and project management skills. Bonus: Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
