Role & responsibilities

Design and develop engaging e-learning modules and courses using AI-powered tools like Course Box AI Get Response, Absorb LMS, Talent MS, iSpring Suite, Continu, Litmus, collaborating with subject matter experts to transform raw content into structured, pedagogically sound learning experiences. Create and integrate multimedia elements including graphics, animations, audio, video, simulations, and interactive quizzes while developing detailed storyboards and scripts that map course flow and functionality. Conducting thorough QA testing across devices and platforms before uploading to LMS platforms. Apply instructional design principles to maximize learning effectiveness while managing multiple projects simultaneously and continuously updating materials based on feedback, analytics, and emerging trends
