Overview:

  • Maintain and enhance eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless digital operations, product updates, and customer experience optimization.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage CMS content, product catalogs, and digital assets.
  • Implement SEO best practices and track site analytics.
  • Resolve tickets related to site performance, checkout, and integrations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and IT teams for promotions and updates.
  • Support platform upgrades and testing activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and web analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
