About the Brand: Vaidyam is a premium Ayurvedic wellness brand focused on men’s vitality and traditional formulations. We’re looking for a responsible, tech-savvy person to manage our online presence and daily operations. Responsibilities: Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)—posting, replying, and driving growth. Handle website backend (Shopify/WooCommerce) – product updates, pricing, offers. Process online orders and coordinate packaging & dispatch. Manage billing, invoices, and customer communication. Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) for order tracking. Maintain data records for orders, stock, and customer feedback. Requirements: Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, web management) Experience with e-commerce or social media handling preferred Should be organized, punctual, and able to work independently. Location: Hamirpur / Kanpur area (if local presence required)
