E commerce Senior Assistant

Looking to fill a position that will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online store operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our online store backend, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers
• Optimize product pages, including writing compelling product descriptions, managing inventory, and updating pricing.
• Assist with the processing and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely pickup and delivery by coordinating with the offline store team.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce.
• Proficient in using ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento etc.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A passion for ecommerce and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our online business.
• Proficiency in English langauge.
