E-Commerce Sales Internship

The selected intern will be responsible for actively identifying and reaching out to lending institutions (NBFCs, banks, digital lenders), and potential strategic partners to introduce Zavo's products and services. They will provide support to the sales team in pipeline generation, initial qualification of leads, and scheduling product demos. Additionally, they will participate in product presentations and discussions with lenders, and assist in preparing customized pitch decks. Furthermore, the intern will be in charge of maintaining and updating CRM records, tracking outreach status, and documenting client feedback. They will conduct market research on lending trends, key players, and digital adoption within the BFSI sector. Collaboration with internal product and operations teams to relay client requirements and feedback will also be part of their responsibilities. Other duties include assisting in the preparation of proposals, agreements, and other sales-related documents. The intern will develop a basic understanding of product management to facilitate effective liaison between clients and the product team. They will prepare and deliver concise internal reports to management on progress, market insights, and client engagement using Excel and PowerPoint. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, AI/ML developments in fintech, and evolving regulatory norms is essential. The intern may also be required to attend selected industry events, webinars, and workshops on behalf of Zavo.
