E-commerce project manager

As an experienced E-commerce Operations & Supply Chain Manager, your role will involve a combination of project management and supply chain duties to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of e-commerce processes from end to end. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing various e-commerce projects such as product launches, website updates, and campaign rollouts. - Managing the entire supply chain process, including inventory control, warehousing, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely order delivery. Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, customer service, IT) and external vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to deliver a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with an FMCG brand, demonstrating strong organizational skills, proactiveness, and responsiveness. Effective communication, multitasking abilities, and a knack for resolving operational and digital challenges are essential qualities. Attention to detail, the capacity to perform under pressure, and a focus on achieving results are highly valued. Proficiency in utilizing e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and basic data analysis is necessary to enhance performance and efficiency.
