E commerce Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an E-commerce Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the e-commerce platform, managing inventory and supply chain logistics, ensuring timely processing of orders, and coordinating with various teams to enhance customer experience. The E-commerce Operations Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to improve online sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations management & supply chain logistics
• Skills in data analysis, order processing, and product listing optimization
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
