E-Commerce Operations Intern

Zedif is a young consumer startup founded by two partners; one is a social media influencer with a 20M+ audience base, and the other has worked primarily in training, while providing problem-solving support across multiple departments in successful startups such as Flipkart, Myntra, and Goibibo.

Our vision is to build an asset-light e-commerce company. But as with most startups, we know success doesn't come in a straight line we'll be chasing growth, learning together, and not afraid to pivot if needed. If you want to experience that kind of journey from day zero, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with vendors, manage customer orders, and work with supply chain partners.
• Coordinate with freelancers/partners for marketing or content needs.
• Interact with customers (calls/WhatsApp), understand problems, and suggest fixes.
• Research products, trends, and ideas and share insights with the team.
• Help structure data in Google Sheets/Docs for smooth operations.
• Basically, pitch in wherever needed no task is "too small" in a startup.

What We’re Looking For

• Curious, resourceful, and hungry to learn. 
• Ownership-driven: can take responsibility and see things through. 
• Multi-hat mindset: willing to juggle ops, customer chats, research, vendor calls, and more. 
• Good communicator in English + Hindi (spoken & written). 
• Reliable — shows up on time, dependable in a small team. 
• Based in Noida (or nearby NCR) and okay with working daily from our home office. 
• Brings their own laptop. 

1. Even if you do not have the skills at the moment, we’re looking for the right attitude — we will help you develop the skills.

2. Work from founders’ home office (Noida) – daily presence required.

3. Conversion: Possibility of moving to a full-time role based on performance.
