About Timbuktoon Timbuktoon is a growing kids’ toys and baby essentials brand committed to delivering high-quality products with a seamless shopping experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize our Shopify store. Key Responsibilities Upload and update products on Ecom Platform with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing. Create and manage collections to enhance product discoverability and user experience. Ensure smooth functioning of the Shopify platform & find product images online Utilize Shopify apps to optimize store performance, design, and sales. Coordinate with the creative and marketing team for product launches and promotions. Monitor product listings and ensure stock accuracy across the platform. Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations to maintain an efficient online store. Requirements Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon or flipkart Platform Strong knowledge of product uploading, collection management, and Shopify apps. Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplace trends. Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
