E Commerce Operations Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

As an E-commerce Operations Associate, you will support backend operations for UK-based online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage product listings on UK-based platforms like

  Amazon, eBay

  , etc.
• Handle backend operations including:

1. Customer service messages and feedback reviews
2. Reconciliation, payments, and invoice entry
3. Product research and pricing calculations
4. Raising customer cases and follow-ups

• Perform

  data analysis

  to generate periodic reports
• Provide support across various operational and administrative tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong command of

  grammatical business English

  (UK preferred)
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude
• Thoughtful decision-making and prioritization abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy in execution
• Prior experience in the

  e-commerce domain

  is a plus
• Freshers from any academic background are welcome to apply
• Added Advantage - Sound knowledge in Advance excel, Book keeping, General Accounting, Bank reconciliation, Year end accounting (UK/India)
