Role Purpose:

The E-Commerce Operations Assistant will manage the complete lifecycle of online orders - from receiving an order to dispatch, tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communication. This role ensures smooth, timely, and error-free operations across Shopify, courier partners, warehouse teams, and customer support.

6. NDR, RTO & Courier Escalation Handling

7. Delivery Confirmation & Closure

8. Customer Communication

9. Feedback & Review Support

10. Reporting

11. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

12. Additional E-Commerce Support

Skills:

- Excel/Sheets proficiency

- Understanding of e-commerce operations

- Communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)

- Ability to multitask and follow up efficiently

Qualifications:

- Any degree or pursuing

Stipend:
- Rs.3000 - 5000
