E-commerce merchandising intern

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an E-commerce Merchandising Intern. The intern will assist in managing product inventory, analyzing sales performance, and updating online product listings. Responsibilities include monitoring website performance, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining quality standards. Additional tasks involve supporting customer service, working closely with the sales team, and providing feedback to enhance the shopping experience.

• Understanding of Commerce and basic business operations
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales data and market performance
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with suppliers, teams, and customers
• Customer Service orientation with the ability to address queries and ensure satisfaction
• Basic Sales knowledge to support team goals and initiatives
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools is an advantage
