E-commerce & Marketplace Manager - Vedicderm

Job Description

Marketplace Operations (Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, Nykaa, etc.) Manage product listings, catalog optimization, and A+ content across platforms. Monitor Buy Box performance, pricing, and stock levels. Handle promotions, deals, couponing, and merchandising strategies. Advertising & Performance Marketing (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) Execute and scale PPC campaigns to optimize ACOS and drive conversions. Analyze ad spends vs. performance and iterate based on ROI. Collaborate with content/design teams for high-performing creatives. Reporting & Analytics Track marketplace sales, rankings, reviews, and organic growth. Provide weekly dashboards on revenue, ad spend, returns, and key KPIs. Identify best-sellers, slow movers, and bundling opportunities. Coordination & Compliance Work with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and RTO reduction. Ensure product compliance, updated certifications, and content policies are met on each platform. Coordinate with account managers at marketplaces for new initiatives. Who You Are: 3-5 years of experience in managing marketplaces for D2C brands (experience with skincare, Ayurveda, or wellness is a plus). Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and ad campaign setup. Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, Buy Box dynamics, and keyword targeting. Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards. Strategic thinker with an execution-first mindset. Prior experience with Vedix, Skinkraft, Lotus Herbals, or Forest Essentials is preferred. What We Offer: A purpose-driven brand with deep doctor-led science and innovation.
