This leadership role combines high-level client management, team leadership, and business development, ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about brand communication and integrated marketing. Key Responsibilities Lead and nurture senior-level client relationships, acting as the primary contact for strategic discussions, campaign oversight, and business growth opportunities. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive account strategies that align with client goals, driving revenue growth and market relevance. Manage multiple account teams and projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across creative, digital, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. Guide and mentor account managers and directors, fostering professional development and high performance to meet ambitious client and agency objectives. Own account profitability and resource planning, working closely with finance and operations to ensure effective budget management. Drive new business development efforts, contributing to pitching, proposal development, and client onboarding activities. Monitor campaign performance analytics, produce insightful reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations to optimize client outcomes. Handle conflict resolution and escalation, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues or risks. Represent Pivot at industry events, maintaining and expanding professional networks to support agency growth.
