E-Commerce Manager(1-3 years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
• Oversee the backend functioning of the Snacc website, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Plan, execute, and optimise marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and manage product listings for maximum visibility and conversions.
• Handle inventory coordination, pricing updates, and ensure platform-level compliance.
• Track marketplace performance, analyse dashboards, and recommend actionable improvement strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Solid understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace dashboards, listing tools, and ad managers.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
• Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub
• Strong understanding of E-commerce Ads & Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for Reporting & Analytics
• 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, D2C, or FMCG
