Job Description

Responsibilities Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience. Oversee product listings, online merchandising, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive customer journey and brand consistency. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and optimize performance. Ensure the e-commerce website is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Manage third-party vendors and partners to enhance e-commerce operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of online sales strategies and digital marketing. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
