E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage our online presence across major platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of e-commerce operations to maximize sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:Manage and operate e-commerce marketplace platforms including Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart. Handle all aspects of portal operations such as order processing, inventory management, price discounting, purchasing, and restocking to ensure smooth operations. Oversee return management processes and perform weekly return analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and keywords for enhanced visibility. Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) bookings, ensuring products are available in Amazon warehouses for efficient customer order fulfillment. Prepare and manage FBA shipments for out-of-stock products to maintain continuous sales flow, track shipments, verify stock receipt, and raise reconciliation requests in case of discrepancies. Qualifications:Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart. Strong understanding of inventory management, order processing, and marketplace policies. Good analytical skills for return analysis and inventory reconciliation. Ability to create effective product listings and optimize for search. Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes.
