Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Manager - Marketplace Growth & Sales at BCP Bajaj located in Jaipur. The role involves managing and growing sales on various e-commerce platforms, implementing strategies for marketplace growth, and enhancing the overall online sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BCP Bajaj’s presence across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Meesho, etc.)
• Optimize product listings: Titles, keywords, descriptions, images, A+ content
• Manage ads, promotions, and offers to drive visibility and sales
• Track sales, returns, and ratings; implement strategies to improve performance
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth dispatch & delivery
• Monitor competitor pricing, keywords, and strategies
• Work with internal design & content teams to improve store presentation
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports
• Maintain stock and forecast demand based on trends
