E-Commerce Manager (Global)

We’re hiring an energetic, ambitious and performance-driven Amazon E-Commerce Manager. The primary focus will be on managing product listings, optimizing product visibility, handling customer interactions, and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and maintain company accounts on Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms (eBay, flipkart Etc)
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including writing titles, descriptions, bullet points, and uploading images.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment across platforms.
• Enhance product visibility, improve conversion rates, and monitor performance analytics.
• Coordinate with internal departments for pricing updates, promotional activities, logistics, and inventory management.
• Handle daily operational tasks, including order management, issue resolution, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Amazon Central accounts is mandatory.
• Familiarity with other online marketplaces is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
