: E-commerce Manager-Amazon USA

Gurgaon (On-site)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations of the
Amazon USA account
, including listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
Optimize product listings with effective titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Ads, etc.) to improve visibility and conversions.
Monitor sales performance, inventory, and profitability to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Analyze data and provide insights on trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with the creative, operations, and logistics teams for timely uploads and shipments.
Track reviews and feedback to improve product ratings and customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience managing
Amazon USA marketplace
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills (English Mandate).
Proficiency in Excel, keyword tools, and marketplace reporting.
