E-Commerce Lead

We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations Lead to join our team in Chennai. As the E-Commerce Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order process from landing to the last mile within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). Your duties will include managing order pickup and packing, ensuring accurate invoices are raised, addressing customer queries effectively, as well as handling customer returns and refunds. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in any discipline and possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations. The offered CTC for this position is 4 Lacs.
